Looks like this series never made it past the "promoting it in an ad & hope we can convince a studio to fund it" stage; sorry...
A kids' TF TV series, as advertised in the May 08 issue of Animation Magazine. Looks like this will show up on Jetix and/or The Disney Channel sometime soon. The ad has the four heroes in their human, mid-TF and animal forms arranged in a circle. I've done some cropping to show you them in close-up.

Toys - break, (scene of a zatchbell going haywire with a kid in the background - "No!")
Armor - cracks, (scene of a kid in digi armor breaking apart - "Aww!")
Cards - suck, (Kid with hand of cards, frustrated, holding hand to head - "I can't do anything with this crap!")
And even Friends - get confused, (Aguman with a burger and fries - "I said 'lauch', not 'Lunch!')
So when evil rises, (Bad guys in dark cloaks loom over school)
The only one you can really count on - (kids feeling in terror)
is yourself. (Kid tf into big hulking monster)
(a few scenes of werekids kicking butt)
Werekids - this fall on Fox.
(Stanley Spudowsky randomly pops up and says "Be there!")
