Yes, that's a TARDIS on his tail~ I made him after a Doctor Who marathon, and is my special baby <3 Oh! And he has an adopted daughter named Beres, who will eventually have a ref of her own :3

-They can time travel
-They are the size of a human torso (unless they take an anthro form)
