This is Hikari, meaning 'light', Kurai's twin~
I decided to give him red eyes the same as Kurai, but with sectoral heterochromia showing the purple he'd naturally have.
He's a bit of a troublemaker, and also be a little weary of his psychic abilities - unless you're into that sorta thing :3 sometimes he cheats in getting clients, but rarely ever takes money from them if he does it in his own way. He likes playing silly little pranks on his siblings.
