You do realize that the "Shadowbolts" was a lie concocted by Nightmare Moon to try and separate RD from her friends, right?
That said, there's no reason you couldn't use the name (and colors) to start your own flight demonstration team. (Although I've heard Dash made a Shadowbolt costume for one Nightmare Night.)
