This is a speedpaint done by
kenket for me. She has details over on her journal if you want to go check it out (http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5468377/)!
I want this to be a real place and me to be in it. Looking like that, preferably.

Nice! Some day real books might be so rare that they become collectors items. People will collect them the way some people collect old cassette tapes and Beta Max and so on. Maybe... not for a while yet but I have a feeling that there will always be people who want to read from a printed page and not a screen or app. These will be the collectors of print in the future. I actually own real copies of some of my favorite Kindle books. I like ebooks because I can make notes and highlights and bookmark them without causing any harm to the real thing. So I would definitely be one of those collectors who would have a personal library like in this pic. I don't think the printed page is going away any time soon but it makes me think about owning more real copies of my favorite books not just downloaded versions.
I have a little library here in the house like that, eleven by sixteen feel, four rows of six foot tall bookcases all full with books stacked. No fox though, it would be a fem-mouse in my case and the window is covered by bookcases. Very nice art.
Lets not mention the six bookcases in my little office or the eighteen boxes of books still waiting to be unpacked in the 30x42 foot garage/she shed.
And I have published eight books of my own though they are primarily Kindle, but you can order them in dead tree versions if you want.
