Here is the last of the OCs. This one is Tomas and belongs to Tazkol. Not much is known about who he is or where he came from...no, really. I don't have much info on this guy except he's a psychic who becomes a burst warrior much like the rest of them. He covers himself quite a lot so it's hard to make out what he looks like. I hope this is what they were looking for. All I was able to gather was he dressed like Shino, so I designed him based on Shino.
