Bubble eyes are actually pretty easy as long as you can find some of those clear, plastic Christmas ornaments. The ones that split in half. It's pretty much just putting those over regular toony eyes. As for fans, you can find a better explanation than I can give you at matrices website. She has a tutorial there. Just google her to find it.
