Unfortunately not. Si handles them incredibly well. He really is amazing. They just do not do anything without us having to lodge another complaint. It reminds me of when I was alone and no-one would have noticed if I had died. Not even my psychiatrist or care co-ordinator. It tends to crush my self-esteem each time.
