It's my first time trying out some new coloring and drawing techniques that I learned by talking to and observing Kim's work, so I thought it appropriate to draw a Gish. :3 I love you, gurrrrl!! I hope you like it! ;3; Thank you so much for everything you've taught me so far. <3333

This is like…. your art went KA-BOOM EXPLODE!!!! In a good way. Holy shit dude. This is so incredible!! I love love love how you did this. It's a little different from your other work but still so distinctively yours. The pose is phenomenal, first off, but hot damn the anatomy is great! And the coloring!! I love how you inked a lot of things, like the little inking on the knee fluff, chest fluff, legs, tail, cheeks, hair and ears and just EVERYTHING. I am so amazed at the amount of detail in this. I love the way her ankles are turned to fit into those shoes. I would not have been able to do that if my life depended on it. That's just a part of a pose I never would have figured out.
Not to mention I adore the coloring too! I like how you used the different shades of colors in the tail especially. Kim is so excellent with markers, I picked up a lot of my little tricks from watching her art, and LeeLee's back in the day. Markers are my fav yo. And you did a great job with them!! The shading and lighting is a great touch, with the bits of yellow where the light is coming in, like on her arms and her chest.
You can tell you put so much detail into this. See, you do work on arts!! Stop telling me you are having trouble drawing, cause even if it took you a little bit at least you are working on things!!
I hope you can scan that colored version of the SW the Cat Herder so I can see it up closer! Or mail it to me! Address sent to you on FB right now!

Anything you have to say in reference to color is highly revered in my mind. Your marker coloring was what got me into using markers in the first place! Awww!! Thank you so much, sweetheart!! I am so relieved you like it and think it looks ok!! ;__; I think I went a little overboard with it, but at least I can say I've learned a lot from my mistakes in the process of working on this piece. And I am the one that is honored! So don't even! XD I'm sorry I suck at comments, but ilu. ;3;
