After just under two months the Meads are coming along great! Flavors are tasting solid and boy are they packing a punch! The colors are set and should not change much more. Some are already clearing up but the flavors need time to age. Around mid April to Mid May the flavors will settle in and they will be ready to enjoy!
This batch of Mead cost me $100 in Honey alone! ;)

1 Gallon Batches are super easy! the only problem is that I'm using about 3.5 pounds of honey per gallon. (Yes it's a lot! yes it's not cheep!)
To be honest, go to Costco and pick yourself up Kirkland brand Honey (Costco brand) it's 5Lb for $12.95 I think. Best prices and it pure clover honey and most important! No preservatives so the wine yeast likes it very much!
Good luck home brewing!
