IF you had a clean stencil of a reasonable size, can get glow in the dark spray-paint, that will show after a camera flash or under UV light ;3

Be the most amusing graffiti as they'd never know. Secret messages for people to stumble into... Ghost numbers.

Oh wow that's actually really cool. It reminds me of light art, only done with a laser instead of a flashlight. Now I wonder what else you could do. :3
