I think it's an expression that's the same as still breathing, still alive. And it's a pun now since Rayman kicked Dark Rayman when he said it.

Nah, it's hard to spot but if you look closely you'll notice a black line in between there. That 'second panel' is actually the second AND third panel, with the second one containing nothing but that one picture of rayman looking determined.
