I like her too^^ I hope I'll finish this soon, right now I'm working on another MLP fan art (based on "Rainbow Falls" once again) I had different ideas about Octavia's dress here and finally came up with this one. Glad you like it^^
Yes, it is reflection... a "ghost" reflection, that's why it doesn't have pupils... it was inspired by fan game about Octavia, where she is trapped inside haunted house.
