Also wanna know something really interesting, see he was called the Kurgan because he was the last of an ancient race of nomads from eastern europe and eurasia.
Well turns out the Kurgan ARE REAL, they were apart of the Scythian peoples of ancient Russia and some parts of the balkans too I think, and they are believed to be the initial starter of the concept of the horsemen of the Apocalypse. Yes the Huns and the Mongols later brought those concepts into being more, but it's thought the Kurgan were the one's who initially started that idea.

Yeah the guy who did this (and two other concept pic pieces, and you'll be seeing alot more from him soon too) I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have met. I really think he might be an industry artist..his other works he's let me have a gander at look like something from fantasy book illustrations and so on. He's quite affordable too, this only cost 70 dollars and the turn around for it was rather fast considering the detail and what not.
Those two concept art pics I have done by him as well, those took him like less than 5 minutes and half of that was me telling him the look i was going for.
