Billy Two Willies?

Ah, well, that is one several little site gags and obscure references in the strip.

The character of "Billy Two-Willies" is one from the Royal Canadian Airfarce on CBC who is a native guy (played by a white guy) that every other week is making commentary about affairs between the First Nations, Politicians, and Canadians in general. We had a cameo with him before in the "Peabow Werewolf Project".
