I like the non traditional design of the jaws, fins flaring out, and the wicked grin that wraps around his head. pretty nifty design, you should perhaps try it again if you are unhappy with it. maybe its the composition you're having a problem with. It does seem kinda confined. Maybe if you expand the art board you can try to fill it out some more. I like it either way, keep at it man, you'll eventually get to a point you like.
