I was commissioned to make a picture of my lizard girl, Geecku, relaxing and taking a sunbath on the treetops.
I thought it was a chance to try to make something special, or at last different from what I usually do. So this time I decided to color right on the sketch.
I think it turned out very nicely. One of my favorite pictures of one of my favorite characters. :D

This right here is one of the reasons you're one of my favorite artists, Chalo. Gekku looks so relaxed and natural there, and the enviroment around her brings the piece to life. are you sure you diddn't use at least a lil' photoshop here? the work with light and shadow is mindblowing and makes me absolutley jealous of your amazing skill, if I do say so myself.
