well let me give you a visualisation you are a bounce house you stand in the garden of a little girl that celebrate her birthday you hear a voice of an adult that says nobody can go in it with shoes you feel the hands of the little children while they climb inside after takeing of their shoes now you feel in your tummy all of the jumping around their hands hitting onto you when they hit the wall or land on all fours their butts when they clumsily land and fall down their feet everytime they land on the surface and jump back in the air to land again everything smashes into you it tickles and is overall a weird feeling but you cant express yourself they just keep jumping and hitting into your walls for the whole day
