I've worked with scratch board before. I love that medium and a scan really doesn't do justice to that kind either. Idk if it's my color training or not but even a professional print reproduction just isn't as good as the original imo, but that's me. I've worked with craft gold leaf before but not sure it's the same type of medium you're using. I can imagine the sparkles. I'm loving how many different poses you got in the moths. It's like each one has their own little personalities.
I decided if I do prints of any of these ink and leaf pieces, I'll probably get the print done of the pre-leaf version and add leaf by hand. More expensive, and I'd have to do limited edition, but print alone simply can't do leaf justice.
To me, they do all have their own little personalities. :)

oh that is so awesome! i adore moths. idk y but they just seem to have a cozy feel about them. it's just a little frustrating tho to catch them with a cup sometimes so i can get them outside so they don't die. i had a kamikaze one once that every time I'd approach it [he] would divebomb my face. (even left a dust print one time) Kind of figured that wasn't good as he'd be losing wing scale so I left him alone. now i'm missing the moths. *sniff*
