1 : Can't be wrong with this one (or is it because I've seen it like 99% and then being used to it ? ... nothing wrong with that either)
2 : It looks more like a cosplay haircut than anything ... not too much liking it
3 : It's not because Chloé went to another haircut that you have to steal her old one :P
4 : Not sure why, it makes me feel like it could be Super Saiyan Tora ... or a boy cosplay (not better than the first idea)
5 : Now you are trying to steal my own haircut ? (does it mean you're gonna try switching look between you and I ?)
6 : Cyber Apolyptic Tora ? (there's a name of something like D&D but in future but I can't recall it)
7 : Librarian, 'could be a start for a story or comic idea I think
8 : Magical Girl Tora ... 'love it but I think it's not gonna be used more than just here
9 : Lolita Tora ... same than just before, I don't think it's gonna be used more than here

Personally, they are all quite well made but in the end, I don't think much of them really fits your character.
To me, the 1st and the 3rd are the best character-wise.
I'd name the 5th one too but it's too close from me (even if there are some details making it different).

I like the top-right and center (maybe too Tabi-like? :P ) ones the most out of the all the 'new' ones, but normal Tora (top-left) still looks the best to me. The bottom-middle isn't bad either, perhaps for some different character.
