Hehe yeah i know what your thinking, for sake of what it is. "Anthro Armor" Perhaps ? Hahaha. Dunno, this is what i get for experimenting with two of my favorite subjects.
Took it out from a old doodling session, but i decided to play around with it using some new methods in the 4.5, (meaning still needs more practice to get it better).
Came up with a kinda cool story behind him, perhaps when i make a new one i'll explain it. Enjoy.

yeah probably, I totally forgot how little sense some of their powers made back when the robot masters weren't furries (when they started x at least some of the time you could guess weaknesses based off of predator/prey type relationships). One of the most retarded things I remember about megaman was top man beats shadowman from megaman3. apparently a ninja that could put grey fox to shame is weak against spinining really fast, solid snake should be taking notes.
