this is actually a contest entry i submitted to a group on facebook, and since i'm going through a phase anyway i figured i'd give her a shot at my style seeing as we're having a big snow storm here and i can't go anywhere anyways.

i'm not exactly that crazy about gardevoir, but i respect her as a pokemon and i happen to really like her design, although i still don't understand that thing sticking out of her chest, and as always i was at loss for a background
