TSC004 shows promise in what he was created to do, though still have not been able to kill his target. This is caused by his target's own skills and strengths, not caused by issues with TSC004.

TSC004 can move at blinding speeds, at his fastest sprint he reaches over Mach 1. He cannot keep that speed up for long, tiring after 30 minutes. But he can move at speeds a quarter of that for 3 hours without stop.

TSC004's physical strength is higher than normal, but he cannot go beyond half-a-ton lifting capacity.

TSC004 can regenerate wounds in seconds, but his skin is of normal thickness, and can be penetrated as easily as a human's skin. However, TSC004 has incredibly evolved senses, and it's near impossible to sneak up on him.

TSC004 can live forever, as long as he eats food and can breathe in oxygen, but can be killed. He can only be killed by destroying his heart or brain, any other wounds that does not damage either are not lethal. He can be killed 15 times maximum before truly dying.
