Reminds me of a certain SA thread on recaptchas. http://www.somethingawful.com/photo.....ptcha-paint/7/
The idea is to make MS Paint cartoons based on the nonsensical word combinations of reCAPTCHA security prompts. The last one on that page is a cartoon illustrating "becomes mosaic" which follows the exact same theme your picture illustrates. I can't help but feel as if I just explained something that should be obvious.
