I've been toying around with an old idea/suggestion someone threw at me a long ass time ago, that I felt I wasn't able to really pull off.

Been toying with the idea that the weird wispy ankle/wrist/tail cuff things might actually be clouds he can throw around and do weathery stuff with? maybe? iunno. Either way this really isn't a good thing for the gallery, so scraps it goes!
