The whole story behind Megan the Wolf is that, she goes through a portal, and it leads her to this wierd world of these wierd looking people, the wierd people try to kill her, because she's different. So when there about to kill her, she kills them. Then she starts enjoying killing them, so she starts killing harmless people just for the fun of it. So then that's how she has the evil grin.
