Amora's wearing her "Belle" disguise to toy with Shard some. The original limitations of the disguise were the lack of voice modulation and the collapse of the induced image under one's clothing when too much touch was involved. They fixed it in short order, and Amora and quite a few other agents of the labs' security detail could go about their business veiled beneath different personae in the outside world. Thus making it easier to recover escaped experiment subjects.
