This is My revived and revamped OC Toise Sheil, . And yes he's a ten foot something gun-totting turtle. An alligator snapping turtle to be exact, one of the very few left around in the galaxy. His race is believed to be one of the oldest in existence and no one has a clue as to where they originated from. andbeing of the only race that is known to easily live past 250, no one has a clue as to how long Toise has been around either, though he is definately not the hero on a half shell he used to be.

He can't run for shit due to old age and having short stubby legs, but the many decades of being a pro hit man has granted him some legendary trigger fingers...which are able to wield his equally legendary one of a kind rail-gun class revolvers that can fire a volley of 80. mm rounds at the speed of fuck you. also packs one hell of a pimp hand.
