You can open you draw and download it if you acess the miiverse using the PC!
Just click in the pic using the right mouse button and select "inspect element". Then when open a bar in the low part of the screen a https link will be selected. Copy it, paste in a new window, but removed all the extra things in the end and you can see your pic!
