No shit? You mean I gotta buy my textbooks? I couldn't believe how much books were in college. Never got the same amount back for 'em either when you sold 'em. It was like a new car, loses 1/3 the value as soon as you walked out the door.

There is an Alternative, almost as Expensive, but you should remeber that you can then turn around and Sell extra prints of the pages made from the original negatives...

I started college in 1988, definitely tough to sell them back anywhere except to the bookstore, and even then the amount you got back was so little I decided it was better to keep them just for reference or for my siblings who ended up making use of them. ^_^
But yeah, even in 1988 they were expensive, though 6 months ago I went to the university bookstore and now they're like $80 a book compared to $40-50. Yikes.
