
bueno, como prometí aqui esta la panna cotta, al final me decidí por solo unas lineas de chocolate y unos toques de hierbabuena =3 es super facil de hacer
Ingredientes:
400 ml nata fresca
120 azucar
1 vaina vainilla
2,5 hojas de gelatina
elaboración:
Pon en remojo las hojas de gelatina en agua fria durante 10 min. A parte, en un cazo, añades la nata, el azucar, la vainilla y lo pones a calentar sin parar de mover, es importante que no llegue a hervir nunca, cuando este caliente escurres la gelatina y la hechas, mueves hasta que se deshaga y la pones en un molde. Dejar reposar 5h y servir al gusto

Elaboration:
First of all put the gelatin sheets into cold water for 10 minutes. Afterwards put the cream, the sugar and the vanilla bean in a saucepan and heat the mixture moving it to disolve better the sugar, it's important to never bring it to boil. when it's warm drain the gelatin sheets and add it to the mixture, mix and put it into a mould. Put it in the fridge for at least 5 hours, then serve to your wish
