Colors don't seem like firey colors, but the shape definitely looks like flames. the hints of blueish-green coloring really add a lot to it

In the depths of hell the flames aren't the colors your may be accustomed to seeing. As you get closer to the source, the firey colors you are talking about are replaced by deeper images drawing nearer to the core which is a blueish green flame.

no problem. An interesting explanation, although according to Dante Allighieri there is only cold and dark the further into Hell you go - no flames at all.
