I can't bring it out of the top of my head, since I don't bother asking or participating in raffles even (personal irrational guilty feelings), but if you take a good look around FA, you'll 100% find a couple of artists who do quality art for free because they want to. For some it's just less frequent. For others it's a habit. You just need to search.
