This is a transformation Mam has thanks to her chaotic powers. Mam can transform into this form at will, it's something similar to what Washu does from "Tenchi Muyo". In this form mam is 6'4" and a lot sexier as you can obviously see. Mam believes this form is what she could've looked like if it weren't for the disease that keept her short growing up, but at the same time she doesn't feel like it's the real her and uses it sparingly when necessary. She technically is a mom, so this form suits her and she uses it to also express when she's treating a matter very maturely and seriously, like when she has to be a mom for her child (who lives with the father, so still not often).
