Wow a Zil, that's a rare automobile. Looks a lot like an old Packard. Must have some sort of super-heavy armor plating to get that kind of mileage, though, I'd expect four times the efficiency from a car that age, (though it was made in Soviet Russia . . . ,)
Allow me to tell you something buddy, Soviet cars, Especially the ZIS/ZIL limousines, were known to be incredibly solid and robust. This ZIS-110B in particular weighs about 2.8 tonnes and is about 20 feet long. But stalin's ZIS-115 armoured limousine horever, was much heavier. Weighing at a staggering 8 tonnes as it was known to have 200kg 3-inch thick Windows. But just like American cars from the Malaise era, this ZIS unit does have poor mileage by today's standards as it only does 10 MPG. given that it has a 6 litre straight-8 engine. And should I mention that it's top speed is around 87 mph.
