Wardog Work in progress
With the death of Fox Arès, Bothan sadly knows that she will not defend the Haut-Val just by herself. Thousand of years ago, just before she goes to an artificial sleep, she destroyed all the automatical defenses - like gatlings - and the powerful Abaddon. Now she has to repair all of them, or she will lose the future battles.
Mutants were way too numerous now that the weapons are out. Bothan so hates that kind of monster. Wardog. Or Earthworm, whatever. A kind of dragon without wings created by the Dogma for the Ancient War. A pure creation to make war. Like her in fact.
She couldn't help but to think. What would have be the fate of Fox Arès if she hadn't made that mistake to unleash a Wivern a year ago? He wouldn't have shown his powers publically, he wouldn't have been the focus of all attacks, and finally... He wouldn't have died...
All were her fault...
Two wardogs, in the same place. That's what she currently thinks... She hates mutants, it reminds her that awful mistake which condamned her lover. She so hates herself for that...
I'm working in a weird factory. I don't specially have work, I just wait most of the time. So I draw between those periods. Even using a desk to. I don't think I have to complain about, isn't it?

I agree with Duez. Though this is merely a work in progress, it's very impressive so far...!
The picture only scratches the surface of the story's detail though as the entire scenario and setting seems very interesting to me. Reading about the picture completed it in my mind.

this has equally an Alien and a Shadowrun feel to it. using sceneries usually found in bad sci-fi/horror movies, but here it looks better, and makes more sense.
that wardog looks a really tough guy, with bone structures armoring vital parts of the anatomy.
"THere you are", Bothan growls, barely heard over the cry of her opponent. which seems to have a breath so bad it creates a sunflare in your scan. :)

EPIQUE !!!!!!!!!!! Avec cette perspective, c'est grandiose... C'est marrant, les deux premières choses auxquelles j'ai pensé en "sentant" cette atmosphère, c'est le da "les mondes engloutis" et le manga "le roi des ronces" !! Et c'est un compliment...

Lol, je sais pas pourquoi, mais j'imagine bien le Chibi surgir à la rescousse de Bothan, armé d'un lance-pierre pour envoyer tout droit au fond de la gorge du monstre une pastille à la menthe pour l'haleine... Ce qui permettra ainsi à Bothan de terrasser la bestiole sans être incommodé par l'épouvantable odeur ! XD

c'est une bien belle idée! Ou tout du moins, celle d'être incommodé par l'haleine! Dans ma vision de ce monstre, c'est avant tout un charognard, donc ca doit bien être proche de l'haleine d'un chacal =P
Quand aux écailles, oui, y'a surabondance, ca devrait être mieux intégré une fois paint!

Lol, curieusement, cette idée m'arrive à chaque fois que je vois des monstres, genre pas commodes et effroyables, qui ont ce curieux réflexe de hurler de tous leurs poumons au visage du héros ou de l'héroïne qu'ils viennent d'apercevoir, que se soit à la télé ou au ciné... J'imagine toujours un gars surgissant de nulle part pour envoyer une pastille à la menthe dans la bouche... (quand c'est pas autre chose, comme une roquette par exemple !^^)
