This is a member of one of Aranai's Orders of Host (think angels). A face with mouth and eyes alight with white fire, encircled in a burning ring of seven similar faces and seven wings. They're a wee bit unsettling.

Did this mostly in Alchemy (had a bit of compositing in photoshop afterward). It's a pretty great free program explicitly for doing concept art. It's so concepty, in fact, that it doesn't have an undo function. Which sounds like something horrible, but it actually ends up letting you get really creative with stuff instead of getting hung up on minor details.
