Tiers for each adopt:
-Tier 1: bid $50+ = Adopt + extra outfit
-Tier 2: bid $65+ = Adopt + extra outfit + chibi com (save $5)
-Tier 3: bid $85+ = Adopt + extra outfit + Full body com (save $10)
-Tier 4: bid $100+ = Adopt + extra outfit + Full body com + FREE CHIBI COMMISSION (limited to one)
