Last night I was just bored watching American Chopper (The Wendy's Bike) when I just made this. In my opinion, the show sucked. Seriously. I know it's a kid show and all but come on! They could have made him top tier in that show. He basically has the power of Magneto and some electrical powers. Sure it would be miniscule to Magneto or that one dude from DC (can't remember the name...All I know is that he looks really retarded) but it would have been awesome still... Oh well, here's my version of him. :3

Ehh I thought Static Shock was okay. I thought at times it became a bit too preachy but there were timest the villains had a little depth to them. I know it's supposed to be in the whole DC Batman/Superman/Justice League/Batman Beyond family but if it comes out on DVD I won't be picking this up.
The lowdown: This kid named Virgil Hawkings is given the power of static electricity after being involved in a chemical accident. So puts on his super hero outfit to stop the villians who were given different powers by the same accident. He's basically a Costco version of Magneto. He can more stuff around if it's metallic in some way and he can also electrify things. Weakness: water.
I can understand if you've never heard of it. That show was forgettable at best. I just love the concept of his powers.
