7 Years of PussyCat
For over the past 7 years, Pussy has been gone through a dramatic change from a gothic bloody stabber to a pantie eating feline. Every year, she has changed and became more "younger" mentally. The more she was in my images, the more fans she drew.
Back in my old website Muridae, she was somewhat of the Mascot for the website. She was a depressed and often terrifying character with a nasty interest with death and depression, always having a demonic but yet seductive look in her crimson feline eye. But ever since I joined DA and FA, I have portrayed her as a kinder and more approachable female feline with multiple cute saying and childish ways.
In 2006 to today, she started wearing a more variety of clothing instead of black pants. She started to wear shirts and other outfits. During that time, she has been seen with more panties in her mouth than blood upon her person or dismembered limbs in her position.
The image itself was done with a cropped image dating back to the very first appearance of Pussy Cat in 2002. Each year, I selected one image and cropped it down to swarm around the image I just did in the middle. My style has changed so much over the past 7 years and will continue to do so. Looking through all my images from 2002, I can see just how much I have changed, but still held the "purity" of emotion in my images. I have been thinking of uploading very old furry artwork again. I have deleted about 90% of old images from my VCL account due to the harassment of art thieves and alike, so a lot of stories and images form VCL has been cleaned away.

You know, it's always something interesting when you see an artist's work progress through the years, and usually you don't see it until you put them side by side like this. You can totally see the subtle changes in your styles as you progress, especially with color and shading, you went from using exclusively dark shading to a much lighter style which shows the lines much much better.
And then there's PC herself. I have absolutely noticed the changes in her personality through the years... she's as lovable as ever! As well as someone you don't wanna mess with!

the wierd thing is... i like the way pussy has turned out, a sort of parallel opposite of me in a way... i was dark and twisted but a mite shy about it, now i'm not so dark, but what i am i am outspoken about... i dont know if that makes any sense... how many years i wonder...

heh, well i didn't know of any of your art really until last year, and then not really any other besides FA and what you have on your walls. Until recently, when you started to bring the old stuff up, I only knew the one Pussy Cat. But, things change :3

I didn't discover your art until a few years ago, so I never knew the earlier Pussy Cat... though I suppose here would be a good time to mention she's always confused me! Do you have a cat like that? Or a roommate? Or a friend? If not, where do those conversations between you and her come from?

Pussy Cat is cute in a way with both, her evil side and her cute side. She seems to draw me into her charm that way. I don't know about you all but thats hot to me. I don't know about her dislikes because i don't really have anything that i do not like about her. And i could never hate her. She reminds me of a girly that i dated, and a little of myself which is quite odd because of the last picture in 2008. I thought about it a little and continued to stare at it in a way. It showed just what i was thinking about when i thought of myself. My evil side will always be there. Yeah my cute and loveable side is the one that i show the most.
