Toony commissions will not have genitalia of any kind visible since I find it hard to work with toons in an artistic nude way.

Official copyrighted characters (ex. - Nintendo, Cartoon Network, Disney) as of right now can NOT be commissioned. It is too much of a grey area for me right now due to possible legal "implications" regarding distribution and sale of copyrights in case my profile is search among the internet.

Minor changes or alters to drawings, refs, or badges are free of charge but are only allowed up to two minor changes. 3 or more are subjected to additional charges. Major changes or alters are subjected to additional based on the complexity, no less than 50% of original price. For badges, a "new" badge which is considered for any altered badge once the original has been laminated and sent off will be subjected to a charge of 75% of the original price.

I have the right to refuse commission based on subject outside of my RAM Rules or troubled history with a commissionee.

Some commission prices charged may be readjusted higher or lower by my discretion if the commission is too complex or too simple.
