this will be the 3rd year i've co-run the Artist Alley at UBcon, and the first time i've gotten to draw the con book cover. UBcon does really simple con book covers because of the budget and the fact that they have to in grayscale, but this is still very simplistic even by that standard. it's more basic than the ideas i've had in past years, but i didn't get to draw those ones, and i still like how bold this one is. i think it fits. and the dice are so pretty. and that hand! <3 haha

so anyway! UBcon is a gaming/anime convention held each spring at the University at Buffalo in Amherst, New York. there's a Vendors Room, an Artist Alley, lots of cool special guests, and more RPGs/TCGs/MMOs/tabletops/boardgames/etc than you can shake a stick at. oh, and anime. there's also lots of anime. and cosplaying. and a 4-hour NERF war both nights. all that fun stuff. a few furries here and there XD
