So this page isn't supposed to come for a LONG while, but I was inspired to finish it this weekend.
Many prosperous years pass after Nyxis returns to the castle. Princess Eflasia Kade's father remarries and has a son. However, King Kade dies of natural causes before the rights to the kingdom can be sorted out.
...Eflasia is only half royalty so the kingdom will go rightfully to the full-blood heir, the baby prince. The kingdom will go under the rule of Eflasia's step-mother until the prince is old enough to rule.
Nyxis and the entire army of Fontis are required by law to serve Eflasia's step-mother, the queen now.

Well technically it's not Eflasia's place to say anything now. If she's lucky she won't get exiled or worse.

So, wait, now that the King is dead and his eldest child is ineligible, the only heir to his throne is not even old enough to know when he needs to poo, so now the kingdom will be ruled by the queen dowager for, I'm going to guess, maybe fifteen or sixteen years? ... Is she Cersei Lannister?
