Long lost 'Silver Age' DC comic book...
Seriously, I've wanted to do this picture for YEARS! I used to read those anthology books, and every now and then they included a TF story. I always loved the way the characters on these covers explain exactly what's happening to them in completely unnecessary word balloons.
The unfortunate bully boy was drawn by
ealadubh, based on my original (and nowhere as impressive looking) drawing -

(part of a sequence with all sorts of goodies - including Eala's own multi-image bull TF, at

- and I created the cover he now graces. Just between you and me, the logo above his head originally read 'House of Secrets;' it's amazing what you can do in Photoshop...

Eala liked it, but I don't think he's familiar with the old comics it's imitating. (Oh, and I suspect the gate out of the pasture is just a little bit too far away for bully boy to make it in time; in fact, he probably stumbles and lands on all fours - with a heavy thud - just inches away from his goal. At least he'll have a lot of friendly females to keep him company...)
Nice cover! That logo, especially, looks very convincing. Good work!
(Side note: Eala once said that every TF artist eventually draws a bovine-morph. In fact, one of my earliest experiments in photomorphing was a brief video clip of yours truly turning into a cow. It was a MOO-ving experience!)
