
I've heard from more than one, that Ritalin has a common side effect of diminishing your creativity. I've been on it for 4-5 years straight, so you be the judge of that. I got taken off 1½ weeks ago, and this is the first thing I've drawn since. My brain still feels a little molasses-like, my motor skills are still considering recovering, I still feel like an animal.

Stimulants are a mindfuck. I worried about the 'diminishing creativity' thing for a while too. I'm not sure what I believe. It begs further questions, like, what is creativity; is it "being more random" or "seeing more connections others/you normally wouldn't?"
I don't know. Acting stereotypically ADHD can be fun, but I don't really think that's ~my~ problem. Not anymore, anyway.
