Part of the curse that changed Skyla also gave her enhanced abilities. She was faster, more aerobatic, and suddenly a expert shot with a bow. The bracelet was to be given to those chosen by Artemis, Goddess of the Hunt, to be defenders of her hunting grounds. How one of these ended up in the middle of America is a good question.

Skyla didn't even entertain the idea of being a defender of anything, and left it well enough alone. That is until she met Myr, a green cat with pyrokinetic abilities who wanted to be a superhero herself. After being inspired by Myr's heroism, decided to become a superhero along side the fire cat.

She picked the outfit of a ranger to go with her bow, with toughened leather armor to protect her. She often teams up with Myr and stops mostly low level crimes such as petty theft and the like.
