Lucario can't learn Night Slash! Even if it could, why would you want it to? Crunch is better, unless that 12.5% crit chance is really important to you despite crits being nerfed in Gen VI. And why have Thunder Punch? Ice Punch hits those Flying types just as hard and hits most Dragons even harder! I guess it hits those bulky Water types, but the most common of those in the metagame all resist Electric moves sans Azumarill, who would just OHKO you with a banded Aqua Jet before you could touch it.

Really like your OC. It really reaks of badassery! Lucario's are one of the common OC Pokémon I can just never get tired of.

Oops, I failed at math and everything. Aqua Jet won't OHKO Lucario, but it can still eat a Thunder Punch and counter with Play Rough, Waterfall, or Super Power, all of which will OHKO. Or even worse, it can take the hit, eat a Sitrus Berry, use Belly Drum and then be poised to wreck your entire team with Aqua Jet alone at +6. Azumarill is a fucking beast dude!
