I made a bunch of chocolate covered strawberries, clementines, and pretzels last night. Ghirardelli chocolate worked the best.

The chocolate melt chips from the craft store with food coloring did not (not pictured). Thee green with the pretzels are part of a bag I melted without adding anything to it. They were also annoying to work with. I'll stick with Ghirardelli.
