Oh yeah, you know, I love slugs soooooo much ! So I really loooove this kind of slugman. Really love.
To be honest, I think it just lacks sticky slime streams.
And I figure it more having an adhesive surface on the front body, like the foot of a real slug, you know. So not the traits of pecs and abds. Just a smooth sticky skin from the chin to the lower body.

I like this pic, and as a constructive critic plus a reflexion, is one of those character that have a great charisma and looks interesting at many viewpoints, so with a good brackground story can increase his depht.

The first thing that comes to my mind is he was in an army experiment, or a part of a super soldier project, or a normal character, in an anthro world, who is fan of some army in a country.

Second the snails and slugs, can have mystic powers, as seen in might and magic world or in the new legend of grimlock, or directly be healers because their secretion is known for to cure skin of people, collagen respect the snails or stop bleeding respect the slugs.

Third in a human view the character looks different to several stereotypes of beauty, but at the same time gain a positive impression, and looks wonderful, so the most of the humans are in search of conscience and mind, more I can imagine a civilization of these creatures sharing lives with humans as half oranges.

Honestly this drawing is wonderfull.
