I did originally wanted to try new styles so i started out with the black and white dog, then I did the fursona of mine(originally it was going to be the same color as the black & white dog but I liked the new style a lot and I hopefully can keep recreating it)

Then cause of Skype I figured out how long it took me and I thought, how well could I draw a dog in 10 minutes without a sketch. The answer is no.
